Level 1 Award in Food Hygiene Awareness Isle of Wight, 18 May 2017

We are pleased to be able to run a Level 1 Award in Food Hygiene Awareness Isle of Wight, 18 May 2017, at our Newport training room.

This qualification will enable you to have basic knowledge and understanding of the importance of food hygiene, associated food hazards, good hygiene practice and controls based upon an awareness of food safety management systems.

This is important to understanding and maintaining good practice in the handling, processing and preparation of safe food.

This qualification is usually delivered over one day and assessment is by a 20 minute multiple-choice examination consisting of 16 questions.

As an RPSH registered training centre for the Isle of Wight we are pleased to be able to offer this course and examination.
