HACCP consultancy was completed for an Isle of Wight fastfood business in November 2017.
The consultancy included reviewing EHO inspection reports, training records and the current HACCP, during a meeting with owner of the fast food business.
The meeting was followed up with a report, giving full details of the meeting and action points to move forward with the food safety and hygiene at the premises. A further meeting was held with the owner to discuss the suggested actions to take place.
