A Food Safety and Hygiene Audit was completed for an Isle of Wight hotel 6 February 2018.
The audit including a meeting with management of the hotel, along with senior catering staff.
The audit was followed up with a food safety and hygiene audit report, giving full details of the audit findings, along with a debrief to discuss the report with the hotel owners and senior management.
