Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering: we are a registered training centre with RSPH and HABC, two of the most respected and highly regarded educational bodies for environmental and public health, to deliver the Level 2 Award in Food Safety in Catering.

This qualification has been developed to address the growing need to make learning more relevant to specific business environments.

Learning outcomes

  • Learn the importance of food safety and gain knowledge of the systems, techniques and procedures involved
  • Understand how to control food safety risks (personal hygiene, food storage, cooking and handling)
  • Gain the confidence and expertise to safely deliver quality food to customer

We also offer the Level 2 Award in Food Safety for Catering (Refresher) for those who have previously undertaken a Level 2 Award in Food Safety course but require a refresher course at the suggested 3 year period.
