Food Safety and Hygiene Audit

If you operate a business preparing, manufacturing or serving food or drink and would like a food hygiene standards inspection and audit then we can help.

This may pre-empt a food hygiene inspection from your local Environmental Health Officer.

You can arrange with us an unannounced visit where we will inspect and audit your food business. We will then report on our visit, both positive and negative, so we can advise on any weaknesses on your policies or procedures. We will advise on any action we consider necessary, including training of your staff, who prepare or serve food or drink.

Food Safety and Hygiene Standards Report

Following a Food Safety and Hygiene Inspection & Audit we will complete and prepare a report on our visit.

This will provide feedback on your systems, procedures and recording of your food hygiene standards.

We can subsequently re-visit should you wish to audit and report further.
