N.B.: Island Food Safety are not the Isle of Wight Environmental Health Department for the Isle of Wight Council (we are not connected or affiliated). Island Food Safety provide accredited food safety training courses and HACCP training courses, along with food safety audits and HACCP audits – as opposed to food safety inspections, regulation of and compliance of food businesses which are completed by the Isle of Wight Environmental Health.
