We use your data to deal with your enquiry or course booking. Data is only used for the purposes for which you enquiry about, a specific course or a newsletter sign-up (where you specifically request to do so).

We may share your information with examining bodies, where we have an explicit requirement to do so for the examining board as the governing body for the qualification. They and we retain this information for as long as reasonably required to do so for the administering and compliance with regulations required for the administering of the examination and other governing bodies (for example Ofqual).

If you submit website contact forms you will be asked for consent to use the data you are submitting on the form to allow us to deal with your enquiry.
